PetSmart Grooming

"PSA: DO NOT SHOW UP PRIOR THAN YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME SCHEDULES! Showed up early for appointments which they are trying a "new" thing where you cannot be checked in if your specific groomer is not there. I drive 30 mins one way and Bern coming going there for over 7 years, same haircut, same dog no deviations but they told me I could wait 30 mins to get checked in. I always give a minimum 20% tip at least and never complain, buy this is ridiculous when the girl there was another groomer an could do the check in as well as the one to do the actual grooming. I left with my dog and will find another grooming service."

"Picked up my dog from grooming and 2 days later found her covered in Fleas. No problems with fleas before being groomed here. Not sure if towels are being reused without being washed or what. For $130 My dog shouldn’t have brought fleas home from the groomer."

"Staff was very rude today. They made me feel uncomfortable with leaving my pet for grooming and they didn't do a great job either."

"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, we went to several pet stores to find a hamster and finally found him here. We got the cage and all his essentials for roughly 120$ and he was 22$ so after tax we spent something in the range of 150$ on him, but my daughter loves him and we are teaching her responsibility and kindness through this new addition to the family. I hope he lives for years to come. Don't be afraid if you have a hamster to look up different food you can give them. You'd be surprised what they can eat. It's basically a cousin of a mouse/rat. If you need pet essentials I'd recommend this location."

"again we return for some absolutely STELLLAR service , manager.. u know who you are . the bearded dragon whisperer haha she is fantastic and full of great first hand knowledge especially for bearded dragons! as she even has one tattooed on her forearm! again she pointed us in all the right directions for EXACTLY what to get, and how to save money on it also! the definition of great customer service she deserves all the praise I can post, so if your looking for a great experience in a pet store for anything, Highly recommend checking this store out, it may be the smallest, but just means the staff is that much more personally devoted to each and every customer. listened to her with the very next customer as we checked out. and clearly she's an all-star in a lot more than just bearded dragons! thanks so much we drive far out of our way past several pet stores to come here now."
