"I have been filling my prescriptions at this CVS for the last 8 to 10 years. Yet every month when I come in to pick up my 2 pain Meds, they never have them both in stock Meaning i must drive twice to CVS which plus live in major pain for up to 3 days while it's ordered. If they can't keep medication in stock. What is the purpose of the pharmacy? I will have to find another pharmacy if this continues."

"I have been prescribed the same medicines from the same doctor for about 2 years. I get the same medicine prescribed in two separate doses. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME I pick up these medicines I get questioned by the pharmacy staff even though I have asked them to document this in my records. They always say they are going to document it yet, they never do. This is very frustrating. It shows that you do not pay attention to your customers and you also do not pay attention to the prescribing doctor (who prescribed the medicines at the same time on the same day.) ALSO, every time I go I ask to not put any of my medicines on auto refill but you still do. I do not like the annoying phone calls and texts from your company bothering me about this. PLEASE get someone to pay more attention to these details. Your phone calls and texts border on harassment and I sometimes have other people pick up my medicines. They should not have to be bombarded with questions about my meds that have already been answered SEVERAL times over. Also, teach your pharmacy techs to be more professional."
