"Set up an appointment to have a charging port replaced for an iPhone XS. At a quote of $115, I thought that was reasonable and was prepared to leave it to get it done since they had the part too. In the store, one of the employees (I think she was a manager) suggested that they might be able to clean the port out and get it working. I said give it a try. 15 minutes later they called and said everything was working fine… they gave the port a good cleaning. Very impressive and only $35. Nice to deal with a business that has knowledge, skill and integrity. The only ding I would give them is they didn’t clean all the fingerprints off my phone. I had to do it."
