"I had a coupon but it needed to hit a dollar threshold to be used. I purchased a big amount and asked the cashier if the coupon was good to use, she said yes it worked. When I came home and checked the receipt it was not used because the total dollar amount was not enough. the taxes must have made it look like it was going to be ok. That is where I think she assumed it was going to go through. It was literally .30 short.... I would have bought another can of catfood to save ten bucks. The attention to detail from the cashier lost me ten dollars."

"We took our goldendoodle to get a haircut here today and the result was SHOCKING. They cut his chest in multiple places despite him being a very calm and still dog (they even commented on how well behaved he was) They shaved his tail completely even though we asked them not to. They did not shave his paw pads or around his genitals and there’s patchy long and short areas of hair all over his body. The cut is so bad that he will be taken somewhere else to be recut. We dropped off a beautiful dog and got back a razor shaved giant rat.(before and after pics). The manager understood and refunded us, hopefully his tail grows back."
