"I called the store a few hours before going in to ask if they had green tree frogs. The person on the other end of the phone said that they did, so I took the 30 minute drive to their store. When I got there they did not have green tree frogs, only whites and red eyed tree frogs. I was extremely disappointed because I have been searching everywhere to get my frogs and I specifically called in to ask if they had them. I wouldn’t have bothered coming if the person on the phone had told me that they didn’t have them, but they said that they had green tree frogs so I decided to come. If you are going to tell someone that you have a certain animal in stock, you might want to check and make sure that you actually have that animal. They also sold me an item that was already opened and didn’t mention anything about it being previously opened before I bought it. Had I noticed the packing tape that was holding together the broken seal, I would not have purchased it, but I did not notice it until I got home. I am extremely disappointed, especially because I have heard so many good things about this store."
