"DONT EVER USE IMPERIAL CLEANERS ON 14th street. The man that owns it is rude, nasty and told me I was an irrational and emotional female because he made me cry. He told me customers like me drove him crazy because I could not remember if I left “Greg” or “James” as the first name on our order. Even though we go every week. He remembers what we dropped, how many there were and what it was. He even knew it was under “Greg”. Then he apologized to Greg not me. Told me I was a grown woman and needed to have thicker skin because I cried. Then told me not to come back because I said he was rude. DONT GO THERE."
