"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They completely flooded and ruined my BRAND NEW hot water heater and then tried to charge me money again just to come look at their mistake. I had already gotten a second opinion so I knew he had made a careless mistake and now I have to buy a second hot water heater. I paid $560 for Mr Rooter too break my brand new hot water heater and then flat out and rudely tell me they will never offer to refund the service fee or replace the brand new hot water heater that they broke. I’m now in the process of filing a lawsuit against them because they could have burned down my house. I will add photos soon. SPREAD THE WORD THAT THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!’ They are not professional and they basically stole my money since I did not know plumbing repair rates. Eric came out to unclog my main drain. He couldn’t find it so my Dad had to help him after dug out 2 or 3 holes in my yard before he asked for help. Then when he found it he just dug a little and waited on his co worker to show so they can hang out for a few mins while he didn’t even walk throughout to see if my toilets were draining. My Dad had to ask him to check then Eric just asked my Dad to go to the toilets and let him know. He didn’t try to troubleshoot the clogged drains in the tub or showers. At the end, he was at our home for 30 mins and gave me a bill of 360.00 when I was told it will be at 49.00 service call fee. He told me Michelle will be the one who can adjust the bill but I had to pay it now since that is his charges. I called Michelle to complain she did nothing and I called and called the company and they just kept giving me the runaround. I am still trying to get my money back. My next step is filing a civil lawsuit in Meridian. They will not cheat me and then not do a professional job or fix the issue. I had to call another company to finish unclogging all my drains and they even installed a drain out cap. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!"

"Everything handled via email regarding appointment. Technician was nice, professional and seemed knowledgeable. He didn’t do unnecessary tasks to charge us money. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to contact company to see if appointment was morning or afternoon. They told me afternoon and would call when on the way. I had errands to do so had I known the tech wouldn’t show up until 5:30 pm, I could have done my errands. Definitely will use again."

"Don't ever use these people. They don't guarantee their work. I used them on 11/29 and it cost me over $300. The issue is back and they are not interested in solving the issue that should have been repaired right the first time. The owner of the property is president of the MS Apartment Association. Can't wait to share this with her."

I called everyone and they aa put me off for a week or two but you didn't even hesitate when I told you I needed someone that day around noon. You had someone here by 2 and by 3:30 they were done.
