"It was a very odd experience. I entered in search of gift cards that Lowe's and Walmart didn't have. I came across a young man behind the counter wearing a large coat and obviously looked like he didn't want to be there. I get it. It's the holidays. We'd all rather be somewhere else. I said hello and asked him for the gift card section. He didn't speak one word to me. He came from behind the counter and walked me over to the gift cards. I said thank you and still no reply, no smile, nothing. No one was at the registers. Honestly, I think I was the only customer at the time. I went over to the print area. There were two, female employees. Once again, no greeting, no smile. They were speaking to one another while I stood there waiting for a moment. One rang up the other's soda. Finally, I was rang up. The only words that were spoken to me was asking me how I wanted my receipt? I was helped. I was waited on, but I was given the silent treatment with no enthusiasm whatsoever. I think the only reason they received a 3 star is because they had my gift cards that the other major stores didn't have on Christmas Eve."
