"We had been with Lake Mortgage for more than 20 years, 3 homes. We loved this company, then out of the blue we were given 2 weeks notice that they sold our loan to another company. Very little info shared with us, and no reason as to why they sold it. And forced us with another company. We had our mortgages there because we liked having a person to talk to if needed, and they told us they never sell loans. This is no longer the case. Very disappointing."
