"I wanted the sleeves to a blouse shortened. The buttons(3 each sleeve) were removed. The sleeves were turned up, twice, the folding was tacked in place. The buttons were sewn on the fold of the cuff. I was not measured by a person who knows how to alter garments (red flag). Spoke with owner, ask me to bring the blouse back, so he or an employee can see the blouse and decide what to do. The company needs to hire a seamstress who knows how to do alterations. The button holes were covered by the buttons, can’t button cuffs."
