"I do not recommend this business to anyone. Our family made the mistake of hiring them to install a mini split system 8 years ago and we have had nothing but expensive problems ever since. The system; which we came to find out was improperly installed by Metro and even though we have been good about its maintenance, we are now looking at having it removed all together. Metro also did a terrible job for our home’s a/c hearing ductwork system and we have had so many problems with airflow ever since."

"First thing I want to add is this is the first negative review I have ever written. Worst HVAC company I have ever done business. The list of items is to long for this platform. To summarize they messed up my install of a new unit, have TERRIBLE communication, and are just overall a poorly run operation. I will say that one of the MULTIPLE technicians(for less than 5 year old units) that came to my house was a very nice knowledgeable individual, and tried to be as helpful as he could. Beyond that I have zero good things to say and will never do business with this group again."
