I did speak to the manager to see if they can get it for future oil changes and she said she would make some calls and see what she can find out. Overall, very pleased. "Called and scheduled appointment and confirmed how long it should take to have new tires put on and also asked the day before if I could actually come earlier and was told yes it would not be a problem at all. Gentleman was very nice and accommodating but once we got there HEATHER so called manager would not take us early and then said it would be a 2.5 hour wait while putting tires on because they were training. We were given a time frame and accounted for that and expect it to be off but that is not expectable. She was rude and had a little power which has gone to her head. Will not go back."
