"Called and scheduled appointment and confirmed how long it should take to have new tires put on and also asked the day before if I could actually come earlier and was told yes it would not be a problem at all. Gentleman was very nice and accommodating but once we got there HEATHER so called manager would not take us early and then said it would be a 2.5 hour wait while putting tires on because they were training. We were given a time frame and accounted for that and expect it to be off but that is not expectable. She was rude and had a little power which has gone to her head. Will not go back."
