"The tech is Adam Alexander. Very professional, easy to talk to, answered my questions. He set up everything quickly. Showed me how to use the wi-fi smart thermostat app on my cell phone. I'm glad you installed the whole home air scrubber after he explained what it does."

"Over Thanksgiving weekend I had my first plumbing emergency. I had just bought my first home and had my washer and dryer delivered. I ran my first load in the washer and it caused my toilet to overflow with black water, the black water also came up my shower drain and kitchen drain. My bathroom was flooded as well as my hall way. At 10:45am I called Aux Home Services for an emergency plumber to come and said I was happy to pay for the emergency fee. I spoke with Courtney and was told he was out on a call and would be over after. Three hours later I heard nothing, so I called Courtney back. She said she would call him to see where he’s at and call me back. An hour and a half later she finally called me back and said it would be three more hours because he was installing a water heater. At 6:15pm I still hadn’t heard anything so I called back and was forwarded to a voicemail, and was never called back. This is SO DISAPPOINTING. My entire day was wasted because of Aux Home Services. I waited from 10:45am-6:30pm thinking someone would show up. If they didn’t want to do the call they should have let me know from the beginning so I could find someone who could. I do not recommend this company. The only waste management they do is your time."

"The service was great! I had a more permanent line ran to my ice make so I would have the peace of mind that it wouldn’t leak or deteriorate. Nick was amazing and explained the membership program…A must have! After hours dispatch, no dispatch fee, HVAC/Plumbing/electrical inspection once a year! We just bought our home so this is a huge peace of mind knowing we have a professional team to rely on if anything goes wrong! While Nick was here he did the plumbing inspection right then(included in membership), found a couple minor things but told me over all the remodel did a good job. I’m not a paid actor, just extremely pleased with everything. Oh I forgot the office called me to tell me Nick was on his way and sent an alert with picture of Nick and a link to track his arrival. I really can’t say enough good things!"
