"Let me start by saying that Dr. Lake is a good doctor. She has helped us a lot with our son. However, her office staff is awful. It takes entirely way too long for them to return phone calls and then they yell at you when you call frustrated because you've tried been trying to get a hold of them. It's happen way to many times that we have now made the decision to switch to a different doctor, because waiting 3+ days for a phone call is absolutely unacceptable."
