Willing to have a conversation rather than demean or judge. Felt very comfortable and welcomed. Baby girl seemed pretty happy, too, compared to her previous doctor."

"I don't know that I have the words to adequately describe how thankful I was that we were able to get in to see Dr. Dimitroff. Over the weekend my son had gotten very ill. We had just moved from Valpo to Crown Point and I was nervous to take him into an unfamiliar urgent care.
