"Don’t go here! Express Care??? Not! Wish you could give less than one star. Rude staff all the way around. Rude Receptionist, nurse. Was told at one point that my wife needed an xray, with no indication how long that would take. Sitting here now waiting a long time with no news as to when they will xray. Nurse is checking in other patients before giving my wife X-ray. Hearing a lot of talking and giggling outside the door. Wish I would have read the reviews first."
"I've come into this facility twice and was more than satisfied with each experience. The NPs Nicole and Lauren are wonderful. When I had an issue, everything seemed fine after the initial check, but the nurses wanted to run some extra tests just to make sure I was completely all right. Something did pop up, so I'm grateful that they insisted on checking! The receptionist was also very nice. Thank you."
"Unprofessional, inconsistent, rude and seemingly, uncaring staff. Facilities also dirty. Floors appear to have been unswept for at least a few days."
