"I am extremely disappointed in the front desk service of Alexandra! I called concerning my child’s health and I was rudely dismissed on the phone by Alexandra! She wasn’t able to redirect me or didn’t offer an alternative solution. She was very nonchalant and when asked for her name 3x she insisted on redirecting the conversation and rushing me off the phone. With me being a new mother and this being my first pediatric experience for my child’s health, I couldn’t be More DISAPPOINTED! Please do better with hiring STAFF that aren’t rude and disrespectful!"

"My daughter came in for a physical, vaccinations, and a lead test. These were needed for Kindergarten. I had to work so my mom took her. I was still very anxious not being there. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even let my mom call me so that they could answer any questions I had. When shot time came, they made balloon animals for my daughter to squeeze. My daughter felt safe…they comforted her and took away her nervousness. She loved her doctor’s appointment."
