"Bad service. I dropped my iPad off almost 3 weeks ago for screen repair. The employee told me it would take 1 day. I called three times over the last 2+ weeks to check the status and each time was told “a part is ordered and will be in Wednesday”. I went today to just get it back and take it elsewhere, telling the employee that I wanted it back fixed or not. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting (the employees were in the back of the store that long - even another customer came in and left during this time), the employee came out and said the part came in “today” and he would fix it if I could wait 5 minutes. I told him of the times I called & what I was told each time. He apologized and said that the person who was trying to fix the screen had broken the cellular antenna & a new one had to be ordered. I was NEVER told this any of the times I called. After waiting, I got my iPad back & was charged $141 and a bad apology for the bad customer service I had received. I didn’t touch it till several hours later and just discovered the cell service isn’t working on it. This is unacceptable & unprofessional at the least. I would never use them again for any device repair. I am very dissatisfied with this whole experience and wish I had not used Batteries Plus - I won’t again and I’ll discourage any others from using them."
