"Unprofessional staff. Husband arrived for appointment - keep in mind pre checked in through My Chart. Then he was told they didnt accept his insurance and wanted him to pay... clearly office staff are not trained and not knowledgeable! If it was the case why didnt they reach out before the appointment."

"i had hernia surgery early in the year. two months later it failed. went back in august and had it repaired. about a month later i kept having a pain in my groin like i was being cut with a knife. so i made an app. but canceled it so i wouldn't have to miss work. went to reschedule the appointment today and they told me i would have to pay because i was one day past my warranty. i just think after paying for two surgeries in the same year for the same thing the guy could see me to see what went wrong without adding to my bill"
