"This place is a joke! Thanks to their chemical test and advice my pool went from crystal clear with a slight chemical imbalance to a swamp! I didn’t get the man’s name but he has dark hair, a beard and a ponytail. My pool’s chemistry was off and I was going through chlorine way to fast so I needed help figuring out which chemicals I needed and how much to add. I first started by purchasing test strips from him and everything was registering as zero when i went home and tested my pool water. I assumed the strips were bad so I brought him a water sample. He informed me that all Chemicals were registering at zero. He told me to add alkaline booster and shock. I purchased the chemicals and put in the exact amount that he told me too. The guy is a HACK and has an attitude problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
