"I was stuck with no phone and what I thought was a dead battery. The staff were not only understanding but went above and beyond to get me out of my own foolish situation. They stuck around after their shifts to make sure I was on my way home. I didn't catch the ladies name, but the young man who helped was named Buck. He is the one who discovered it was a loose terminal cable and even tighten it down for me. You all were truly a blessing to me today. Customer service has never been better exemplified in my 34 years. The store itself is great. Always clean and organized. Admittedly some of the prices are a bit more than the nearby dollar general, but a small price to pay for cleanliness, courtesy, and actually having their shelves stocked. Dollar General can't compete on that front."
