"I don't leave negative reviews very often (if ever), but I wanted to share my experience with this grooming service. The employees are very sweet and they did a great job on my dog's grooming service. However, they allow large dogs (including client's dogs) to wander around throughout the day, uncaged and without any sort of leash or ability to quickly separate them if needed. When I picked my dog up recently, they also had a small puppy running around that they were trying to get ahold of. There was also a minute or two where they could not remember which kennel they had put my (very old, very timid) dog in...I was satisfied with the grooming but worried about the general conditions of the business. If your dog is outgoing and very social, these may not be concerns for you."

"Friendly staff! They have designated drop off and pick up time frames making it easy to get your pet there. This was the only groomer that was willing to take a new client and I am greatful. Our pooch has anxiety and they were calm and gentle with her. They did a great job with out shihtzu summer cut!"
