"Whatever happened to the time where humans actually picked up the damn phone?! I needed to talk to an associate in lumber sales because I am in the middle of a building project . I heard one lady pick up the phone and under her breath I heard her say I'm going to put this one on hold and it kept ringing forever and ever. Absolutely not the way to do business! I wish home Depot would build a store just down the road from them not because I like home Depot better than Lowe's but because it would give them a little bit of competition and maybe they will put somebody in positions that will answer the damn phone!"

"All of their plants are grouped together as ornamental or decorative but sometimes they are actually selling toxic and poisonous plants as decorative. Do your research. Its no label statement saying items are toxic or invasive, and they aren’t separated, these information came from google. If they are going to sell plants the people should be informed on what they are getting, Because it’s barely any assistance and expect to check yourself out."

"I visited this location with my elderly aunt. She was interested in purchasing a Kobalt Leaf Blower. Richard assisted, and assembled it for her. He was absolutely awesome, knowledgeable. patient and friendly.We proceeded to Customer Service for clarity on another situation. Candice assisted and was charming, extremely helpful, and answered all our inquiries. Kindness was definitely a spreader with these joyful associates. The world is a little brighter with humans such as Candice, Richard, Shirley, and Tanya to assist. They ALL deserve a Holiday bonus this year. Thanks again!"
