"I visited family there! Horrible, from the break ins, the maintenance staff, the leasing office, the homeless people, foot traffic, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They lie, there are roaches, spiders, lizards, mold, dead animals outside, trash piled everywhere, you will get broke into several times!!! And they will not break the lease! NOT SAFE!!! If there are good reviews on this, they are affiliated with staff and are lying, I believe it is the same owners as research park and they had really bad reviews and changed their name, There is a maintenance guy that wears camouflage and a ski mask and enters the apartment without announcing himself, they mess with your thermostat, turn off porch lights, go through your stuff! It is an absolute nightmare!!!! One maintenance guy was very inappropriate hitting on a tenant, and almost got aggressive because she wouldn’t go on a date with him. STAY AWAY!! You have been warned!! Apartments flood, you very rarely have water, and lose power often."

"Didn’t have water for 4 weeks. I talked to 5 different people in the office as well as 3 difference people from maintenance every week multiple days out of the week and it finally got fixed a few days ago but my lease is up in like 2 weeks. Beyond mad I’m paying $1200 to stay here and couldn’t even stay there for a month on two separate occasions. DONT rent from here if you can avoid it they literally don’t care at all and just lie and say they’ll handle it but don’t."

"This place is nasty. Maintenance ignores all your requests and the office staff could care less about the state of your apartment. We had so many issues living here with bugs, mold, and the unit FLOODED. The water heater busted overnight leaving our unit full of three inches of water all over. Do not rent here. They try to cover it up but truth is there are way better places to live than here."
