"Today, I walked in Ware Jewelers of Montgomery, and asked if I could get my Tag Heuer watch battery replaced. The sales associate lady said (and other sales ladies in the store concurred) that they only replace batteries of watches of customers of their store. #1-I had purchased a ring there a few months ago. #2-I was the only customer in the store. #3-We own the Volvo dealership in Montgomery and Mobile, and we service other trucks from other companies. After the shockingly rude treatment, I left and was able to not only get my battery replaced from a jeweler close by, but was able to find a Christmas present to purchase while waiting on the service. So, to say the least, I cannot believe a retail store would turn away a customer. I would fire everyone of those women in that store if I was the owner. I, nor any member of my family will ever walk back into the Ware Jewelry store in Montgomery. There are PLENTY of better jewelry stores that are friendly, accommodating, and actually want your business!!"
