"My husband put a ring on layaway he only had 1,200 left on my ring some how he is back to 2,180 they steel people hard earn money. Buyers beware... He made the payments with my card. I am going to have every payment made to be reverse. He made 4 pages of payments."
"No returns/refunds/ exchanges. They have the number for every other jewelery store in the mall except Zales Jewelers. Go to Zales. One of the lovely ladies here argued with us about whether the bracelet we had was actually supposed to be in our possession. We had the receipt that was given to us. We brought it back for the clasp to be tightened but she accidentally broke it while fixing, thats not on her. But paying 600 for a bracelet, kind of wanted to wear it. Asked for an exchange, she said they dont do refunds or exchanges within the first week. She also tried to correct us about what type of metal the chain on the necklace was, but it came out of the real gold case. Hope she was wrong cause if not ill be updating my review. We ,unfortunately, have several pieces from this store, and wont be returning."
