"Definitely wouldn't recommend going to Life Transitions Counseling! I have PTSD and they told me that if I got to bed every night by 9:30pm , don't eat any gluten, caffeine ,sugars or any processed foods, that 90% of my problems would be gone. Which is ridiculously I have PTSD, that won't help anything. I also told her I'm a full time college students and sometimes I have to stay up late to study and some of my classes don't even get out until 9:30pm so there's no way I can go to bed by 9:30 every night. And she told me to stop making excuses! It was all ridiculous I'm 22. I'm not going to bed by 9:30 every night and I'm also going to school for a nutritionist, so I'm pretty sure I know a lot more about how to manage a diet then she does. She also has no available time in her schedule for her pateints. She could only see me once every two weeks! Definitely stay away from this place if you actually want to get better!"
