"My daughter is suffering to the point of suicidal ideation and has called here to get an appt since Jan 30. Has called daily and no one has bothered to return her call. Incompetent care in my book. Not even to return a call."

"I am a previous patient of this facility and this review is primarily focused on Kevin Knott, who treated me and was fantastic. At the time I was feeling that past physical treatment had left me feeling traumatized and that my PTSD was coming back due to this. Kevin didn’t specialize in PTSD but was willing to try and help me with that. He was very easy to talk to and gave me some very good guidance that helped immensely. At the time I felt I didn’t need any psychiatric treatment or medication, so I chose not to use those services when they were offered. I’m now hoping to return as a new patient as I’m having trouble with the same issue again, and I also want to get my ADHD treated with medication this time. I am hoping that Kevin is able to take me back on as a patient and that I’ll be able to see a psychiatrist for ADHD medication as well. But I would have happily rated this office as 5 stars back then and I would have recommended them to family and friends. And of course I am choosing to return to them as well."

"After going to a better place for actual help, I realize that doctors are not supposed to push medication onto their patients. That is what happened to me when I went to this place! Even after saying I did not want medication at the beginning of my sessions, it was pushed and pushed. I ended up feeling like it was my only hope and tried some meds, and it was not right for me. I have had bad experience with meds before this place, and I had told the Dr about that. These people just want your money!"

"Website is misleading. They won't do anything to change it. Called the office to tell them it says they are accepting new patients. Rude secretary says they are unable to change it and she'll "let her boss know". Don't know who or what runs this place, but it is so unorganized that I don't know how you could trust them with your mental health services. Kind of a joke. If you really want to help your community, please hire more mental health professionals..... clearly there's a demand for it."

"Website says multiple people are accepting new patients. I called and had to leave a voice-mail and didn't get a call back for over a week after, where they told me they have no room for new patients. Tired of trying to get help. Do better."
