"Nearly killed my son by putting him in anaphylactic shock, They injected him with an antibiotic that he is allergic to and neglected to review his chart to see that he was allergic to this antibiotic. They then injected him with an epinephrine and they did not monitor him. To cover up what they had done, they asked him to sign a refusal of treatment, which he did not sign. Then they changed the date of service to the day before to make it look like he came back that day for an allergic reaction to a drug and they transported him to the ER. Very unprofessional of the NP that day. In the state of Indiana medical professionals are pretty much covered and a negligent case is only for someone who is permanently, disabled, or dies, so I could only file a complaint with the attorney general. The hospital did an investigation and basically looked at the falsified information in his patient portal and said there was no negligence. Also, my insurance company was fraudulently charged for date of service that didn’t happen, and I was required to pay for a medical visit and an ER visit for their negligence. From looking at other reviews and mine, this place is very negligent, does not care about their patients and I would not recommend being seen here."

"Visiting from Maryland and my daughter was bit by a family members dog. They were super helpful on the phone and even more in person. Alisha, Logan and Bobbi and staff took excellent care getting us seen immediately and cared for quickly all with an amazing bedside manner for our terrified 5 year old daughter. Thank you all!"

"As if Healthcare isn't expensive enough. They charged me more because I told them all my symptoms and the nurse told me to see my primary care . I have went here for years when I needed . I will do my best never to return and never refer anyone again. Charged nearly 50% more than normal visit."
