"Worst customer service ever at this minute clinic! Two different times I made appointments for my 17 year old to go there. The first was a school physical so she could start taking CNA courses. Of course no one there answers the phone so I get corporate who tells me the fee and they do those types of physicals. I read off the type of tests and they say no problem. I get there with an appointment and still end up waiting no problem I know how it is. Then after 45 minute wait they say they don't do this type of physical. I was upset but understood hey communication between workers and home offices can lack sometimes. Well, next issue is my daughter tried to go in for a flu shot had written permission I filled out all the forms online and everything was good. She gets there and say they don't take her insurance (website say they do) So I ask how much out of pocket not using insurance. This has to be done for school, she starts in 2 weeks otherwise I wouldn't care. They tell her $ 200.00 for the flu shot, then say well if you had no insurance we would just charge $68.00. I said go ahead. Then they tell her they would not give her the shot because if they did she would lose her insurance. ??? What kind of croc is that?? I work in health care and my role is dealing with insurance and that was a lie. I believe the ladies working there are completely lazy and do not want to work. Will not ever visit this establishment ever again, whether for pharmacy, minute clinic, anything."
"The CVS minute clinic and pharmacy staff in Greenfield Indiana rocked yesterday! It was 430 pm during the week, and I was seen and had prescriptions in hand, walking out the door in under 40 minutes! They did an awesome job!!"
"Very disappointed. They wouldn’t take my mother in with her pain being a 10 due to an infection on her nose. Just because they need a negative covid test. She’s a nurse and has worked everyday but they wouldn’t take her in. She has to be tested before work but because she didn’t have proof they still wouldn’t take her. They were sitting there doing NOTHING. I’m sorry, but if you have a person in pain, DO YOUR JOB. This is absolutely ridiculous. This rating gets a zero. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend."
"I have used this a multitude of times, always been a helpful set of RN’s and got me out of there simple and cheap. Ranging from flu to strep they figured it out within a couple of minutes. Definitely recommend."
"Today I visited our Local CVS Minute Clinic in Greenfield, IN for first & last time. Unfortunately, I arrived about lunch time. I checked-in with online computer advising that my “wait” would be over 2 hours. Although I injured my hip about 4 weeks ago, I decided waiting was less prohibitive than changing facilities, changing locations or making another trip back to Minute Clinic Then I stood in long line to pickup my prescriptions that had been preordered online. Finally, I returned to Minute Clinic area to be informed that “nurse” was going to lunch. She also advised that I might want to visit “Urgent Care”, if I didn’t want to wait. My visit continued to decline from that point. “Nurse” wouldn’t give any information as to what type of antibiotic was being prescribed, what “allergy” medication should be taken instead of DayQuil or Nyquil & to see my family physician for further treatment. I’d suggest getting more knowledgeable personnel. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting this CVS Minute Clinic ever again. Nor will I be able to recommend this Minute Clinic to friends or family."
