"Poor Service, went there to buy my first ring and they already had me get out 2-3 times saying it was ready to pick it up when it wasn’t even ready. Told us it was ready just for them to tell us they lost it and that they’d have to “find” it. No type of compensation or nothing for telling it was ready for us twice when it wasn’t, Had us wait 3-4 hrs the first time of saying it was there just for them to come back the next hour and say well sorry we looked and it isn’t here after i’ve already verified and got the message, the 2nd time i called before i went and asked could i come get it they said yes, so i go get it and they say well it’s here but we just got it from shipping, then i left and waited 3-4 hrs because they said come back so i come back for the 3RD TIME!!!! oh well we lost it and we gotta find and look for it. I thought kay jewelers would be the one to recommend but it’s not!"
