"Dealing with para was a nightmare. The basketball was the worst. Between the coaches and the Commissioner Spain, you may want to reconsider a fine family church leauge."
"For now, extremely disappointed. Pickleball has exploded and PARA has only opened up indoor basketball courts with indoor nets. That is not pickleball! They need outdoor dedicated courts. Look what other cities are doing. Wake-up! Playing indoors in like playing basketball outside, how often do you see pro or college basketball teams playing outdoors ? You don’t. Basketball is an indoor sport, like pickleball is an outdoor sport ! And no excuses. Do you know often I’ve heard “but we are planning….blah blah blah”. Nope, I don’t believe it til I see it. Tuscaloosa can do better. We need 12 or more dedicated courts now, not later. Stop planning and start doing."
"Awesome place!"
"If you want to sign your child up for sports I recommend you go an alternative route. By fare the most unorganized organization I've ever dealt with. They set a deadline to sign up then extend the deadline so more kids can sign up but then realize they don't have enough coaches to coach said teams. Then they ask for volunteers to caoch and say you don't even need to know how to play the sport they just need a body. So if you think they care about developing children you are sadly mistaken. All they want is the money."
"I love PARA. They provide so many awesome places to hike and play around Tuscaloosa."
