"Amanda is a very rude lady. I inquired about an appointment online and she replied she has no room for new clients. I then asked if she could refer me to someone who does. She replied that she doesn't keep up with other therapists' schedules. That is not what I had asked her and thought that was a very rude response. I believe that customer service is priority, she clearly doesn't. Do not deal with Amanda."

"Amanda is a talented and skilled massage therapist with AMAZING rates. Her priority is helping you feel your best and she doesn't skimp on your time at all. I had a 45 minute massage and all 45 minutes were used. The massage room has a wonderful atmosphere, a heated massage table and a comfortable face rest. This massage is the best value you're going to get!"

"This review speaks to Amanda the practitioner, not the business itself as I wasn’t able to get an appointment so I can’t attest to her skills or the ambiance of the rooms. I attempted to make an appointment online for my wife’s birthday for the desired date and time but for some reason the online site wasn’t working so I decided to email Amanda in the hopes of acquiring a time slot through her for February 17th. Big mistake. Her response email came 3 days later and she wasn’t at all warm, accommodating or anything close to how I would expect someone in the customer service industry to conduct themselves. The 17th had no availability which is fine, but her responses to my emails were very short and dismissive and never included options for availability. I understand that you’re a solo practitioner and so your time is valuable but each potential new customer should be treated as if they’re just as valuable. I don’t ever leave bad reviews (in fact this is my first one) because I’m an understanding person but my interaction with Amanda didn’t sit well with me at all so I felt obligated to leave a bad review this time around. There are plenty of other massage parlors in Valpo who I’m sure would be more accommodating and appreciative of the fact that you want to give them your money. Do your research and get the customer service you deserve. Thank you."
