"MSU told me that I could have a meeting here but then the building was completely locked. :("
"This building's nicest feature is the "Khiva", which is the big circular amphitheater like lecture hall you can clearly see on the map. It's also got the park and the river right outside which is always nice. However, the parking lot outside is really annoying to have to walk through if you're coming from the main bus station, and the rest of the building can feel like a maze at times. Also, the water fountain tasted very strongly like minerals last time I drank from it. Not to mention the fountain was pretty hard to find, not very close to the Khiva lecture hall at all, where a lot of large classes are held."
