"Horrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, was never contacted, when my product never came, I called them. First they couldn't find my order, then they told me what I ordered was backordered.When I questioned why my money had been pulled from my bank when they had no product , I was told that they would refund my money. I told them that I wanted a product, not a refund, that this was supposed to be a gift. However, because I was upset at the lack of any customer service, Randy Cook insisted on refunding my money and hung up on my husband. We contacted our school who is looking into switching companies since we aren't the first parent to have this experience with them"

"I typically shop here because of fair prices and I like to shop local, however the customer service is horrible. I dropped off an item to be embroidered with only one small name and was told it would be two weeks. After two weeks went by I had not heard a response so I called to check on the item. I was told that it was not ready and they would 'get to it when they can'. This is not the way to run a business, they do not honor their deadlines and do not communicate with customers if there is some sort of change. The way in which I was spoken to was extremely degrading and disrespectful. It now is apparent to me why many local sports teams and schools do not utilize this business. Very sad. Not a good reflection of our community."
