"A family member had an appointment. She arrived early for the appointment. After taking 2 hours off work she arrived 10 minutes early and was told she was "late" (they claim the reminder text message told to be there 20 min early, they say to fill out "paperwork" -- ) and the doctor was "running behind" anyway, so he wouldn't see her regardless. This was a Friday afternoon, not anywhere near the end of the day. Unacceptable for an appointment made over a month in advance. He is no more important than the rest of us and has failed to treat his potential patient with any respect at all. I would find another doctor to see who actually cares."
