"I have been to multiple OBGYNs over the years. I have had some negative experiences and this caused me to have fear when scheduling for my yearly exams. I actually went 2 years without one due to the negative experiences I have had. I finally scheduled one with the Women’s Pavilion and was very nervous as I haven’t been to this office before. I scheduled my appt with Lauren Shelton and contemplated cancelling my appt the whole week before. I decided to just get it over with and was extremely nervous. When I first met Lauren’s nurse, it was a pleasant experience. She was super nice and sweet and laughed at my jokes LOL. After she left the room I got to meet Lauren for the first time. I discussed my experiences with past OBGYNs that I’ve seen and let her know what had happened to make me feel uncomfortable and she listened to everything and reassured me of my worth and how my health is number one and to not let anyone make me feel bad about myself. She was so wonderful to talk to and she answered all my questions and was SO personable. I left there happy and laughing and I am so happy I took the chance with Lauren Shelton because she is so wonderful and so nice and genuinely cares about me and my mental, physical, and emotional health. Please don’t hesitate to schedule with her, she is AMAZING!"
