"My son was sunny side up during my 12 hr labor and she had NO IDEA. Took me in for emergency CS and CUT HIS FACE OPEN GETTING HIM OUT. If she had been paying attention to his position during labor she would have easily known his face was up and could have avoided cutting his face in the first place. Incompetent. Careless. Reckless. I WILL NOT deliver via IU EVER AGAIN. Terrible experience. Gestational care was minimal leading me to be hospitalized for a week due to lack of preventative care. My entire pregnancy labor and delivery were a nightmare. Whole experience was terrible."
