"I do not understand these girls or women who complain about RUDENESS in Rebecca Brewer's Office! I have seen her for Almost 28 yrs or so. Not one single Person has been rude to me. Perhaps most of the ones that complain are overly sensitive to the staff! I have noticed Lots of younger women DO NOT SMILE. A smile will always be receptive. Perhaps the ones complaining were the rudest first?? All I know is Dr. Brewer is the most kind person I have ever had the Pleasure of Meeting in my life and the best OBGYN."

"Love Dr. Brewer, can't stand the staff. I moved an hour and a half up north and was okay with the drive for a good doctor since I don't really need to go more than once a year. But I finally decided to just find someone new where I live, because of her office staff. They are very rude and curt. There is one nurse (I wish I remembered her name) who is actually very nice and I enjoy, but that's it. They sound annoyed when you need to schedule or reschedule anything. Any basic questions you try to ask them are always answered with a "huff" and make you feel annoying for even asking. Doctor Brewer herself is absolutely AMAZING and definitely one of the best doctors I've had. She's incredibly helpful, and enjoyable to work with. It's a shame such a great doctor doesn't have a team to match. I probably would've suck it up if I was still local, because she is just that great. If you can get past the staff's attitude, I would highly recommend."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Brewer for 10+ years, and I see that there are old negative reviews on here. I hate to see that, because I know for a fact that they are from when they had an old receptionist who was rude. The receptionist, who has been there for almost 3 years. The young lady with longer light brown hair is so sweet, professional, and has a lot of patience for not-so-nice patients as I witnessed. She always greets me with a warm welcoming smile and asks how I’m doing. I highly recommend Dr. Rebecca Brewer and her staff. Dr. Rebecca Brewer is the best gynecologist that I’ve ever been to. She is very knowledgeable, and takes more time with you if needed. She made me feel comfortable with anything we discussed. Dr. Rebecca Brewer did surgery on one of my family members recently and it went even better than expected! Plus the staff helped her every step of the way until her surgery day. Plus called her after to see how she was feeling. Super sweet. The nurses and receptionist were all so caring and very helpful! I couldn’t be more pleased with this office."

"I've been seeing Dr. Brewer for a few years now and find her, and her staff, to be knowledgeable and very friendly. They are very considerate and explain things completely. As for the previous reviewer who said she couldn't find the place and had to reschedule, I was in the office that day and can attest that she was a complete idiot. The office staff tried to help her but she missed her appointment because she couldn't find the place. What? Obviously she knows how to get on Google and post a review, so why couldn't she use Google Maps? I couldn't tell if she was really that stupid and rude, or maybe on something."

"It's been 3 years since my last Pap smear and I've gained over 100 lbs in the last year; so needless to say I was nervous about going to the doctor. I didn't have any issues with her staff as others commented about, the receptionist was pleasant to speak with and was patient giving me instructions for a test to do at home. The medical assistant was nice as well and listened to my concerns and we even had a little laugh together. Dr Brewer was very professional and took her time to listen to my concerns and questions, she seemed concerned with my recent weight gain but was in no way rude about my weight either. I somewhat agree that she is not very personable but at least she has a good intention to take care of her patients."
