"If you’re looking for well priced and a caring groomer, I suggest the Ark wholeheartedly. From the sweet person I spoke and scheduled with to the phenomenal front desk, Allie and groomer Brittney! To say I was impressed by Allie is an understatement. Allie welcomed us in with a smile as soon as we came in. She checked in multiple dogs at once while she also tended to my new membership with the BEST attitude. The other dogs and people seemed to really respond to her kindness and great personality. My boy Remy is a shy boy but she made him feel very comfortable around her. Allie’s work ethic and compassion for people and the animals shined through. 10/10. Now to Brittney, the groomer, WOW! She made my boy look even more handsome than before. A highly skilled professional, if you ask me. The way she was so gentle with Remy really made me feel like he was in great hands. She was so kind to him and I can tell he had a great time when he came out to us wagging tail behind him. 10/10 Over all, I am glad I picked the Ark for Remy!"

"The place was very cleaned & great customer service. My dog has never been around other dogs and they made it easy for her. Employees are awesome, and my fur baby juicy likes it! I’m dropping her back off tomorrow lol"

"We love the Ark! Our dog has spent multiple weekends boarded here, and we love that he gets to play with other dogs most of the day. Other boarding places we have stayed at only board, rather than let the dogs socialize. We have also had our dog groomed at the Ark, and they did a great job! We will continue to visit and use the Ark :)"

"This place has a lot of really positive attributes, like the private sleeping areas and the live video feeds. However our experience will have us seeking another business next time we have to board our dog. We were told they would give our dog a bath before we picked him up. They did say they honored this, but his bath was on Saturday morning. When we picked him up on Sunday afternoon, he absolutely reeked of pee. Having him not smell like a kennel when we picked him up was a huge selling point for us, since no one wants to bathe a dog after getting back from vacation. Even more disappointing was a massive amount of dried up eye gunk on his face. We soon discovered that he had doggie conjunctivitis. My sister’s two dogs, who also were boarded here at the same time, had puppy pink eye as well."

"The staff were wonderful! After having a horrific experience elsewhere I was desperate to find a quality groomer for our cavapoo. They exceeded my expectations and for half the price as the previous place we went! Communication was great and our dog came back so happy. We look forward to our appointments now! Highly recommend"
