"Took our Standard Poodle, Daisy, the other day to have her groomed and board her for a few days while my wife and I were out of town. Tonya was very nice on the phone when we called to make reservations on short notice, since we had forgotten to get a place for our dog while we were gone. She told us everything that we needed to have for our visit. When we arrived, the shop was very clean and all the animals there looked very happy. She took Daisy from us and asked how we liked to have her groomed and we told her that we wanted the standard poodle haircut like the dogs you see on TV. She asked if it we wanted her groomed now or closer to when we picked her up. We told he that it would be fine if she waited. She showed us the kennel run where Daisy would be staying and it was very clean and well maintained looking. She asked if it was ok if she let her outside in the play area out back at parts of the day so that Daisy would feel more comfortable and we liked that so we told her that it would be ok. When it came time to pick up Daisy, she looked really good and had the biggest smile on her face when she saw us. Tonya told us that Daisy had a nice time and wasn’t very hard to get bathed and groomed. Very grateful that Cozy Pet Spa was able to help us. Definitely recommend trusting them, very nice and professional atmosphere. The pictures here are of Daisy before and after Tonya groomed her. Hope that this review helps someone."

"She was not taken care of.. bedding sent home soaked in urine. Was unbathed before sending home. I believe she was not taken out of the kennel as she smelled terribly when picked up."
