"I just felt posh shopping there. I bought only a suitcase, but it still gave me a feeling of luxury, lol. Anyway, the employees did not follow me around or judge me at checkout. And I looked harried. They assisted me with picking out the right case and showed me my way around the store, very nicely."

"Will never return to this location. I ran in yesterday morning to pick up a last minute mens cologne gift for my daughters boyfriend. I wondered thru the shoes first and then walked back to fragrance station. I had nothing in my hand and because I saw there was only 1 person helping customers at the time I stepped back to wait my turn. All customers at the counter were being very patient and nice. Myself and another were both waiting again with nothing in our hands (this is important) the woman working the fragrance counter shouted at myself and 2 other customers that if we weren't buying a fragrance or makeup we need to go somewhere else to check out. All of our faces must have made the same confused expression because she repeated herself louder and pointed. I smiled a little and said I actually was waiting my turn because I had a question about a cologne gift but you're absolutely right I do need to go somewhere else and I turned and left the store, I hopped over to Ulta to make my purchase. I understand that retail workers are stressed and overwhelmed especially this time of year but there is never a need to be rude to customers who were all gladly waiting our turn and reassuring you we were not in a hurry and to take your time."
