"Worst Lowes I have ever walked into. Since day 1 that I have visited this store, I have had problems almost every visit! Everyone has the "what can I do to keep from helping him" attitude. Rather than, "let me see what I can do to help..." Attitude. I have been denied returning measuring tapes, I have been denied any assistance in helping me find a replacement part (said I would have to call Kobalt but when I called Kobalt I was directed to LOWES!) LOWES DOESN'T KNOW anything other than having a snotty attitude and the unwillingness to actually "help". I've had way more problems than this. Along with, they want to sell us junk but give us hell about returning it when the junk breaks."
"I was looking for heat resistant gloves when I saw Jimmy in the isle. I waited for him to get off the phone. After I waited, I started to ask him, and he lifted his hand up to my face and walked away. Super rude! I was so fed up that I almost left. I gave Lowe’s one last try. I asked a worker named Chase and he was super helpful and led me right to where I needed to go. Thanks Chase. As for Jimmy, learn some manners."
"This Lowe's is slower than a 7 year itch. I do not have any idea how in the world people can be so unbelievably unknowledgable about their business. This is why online stores are killing places like Lowe's, because they sell at a much cheaper price and you get the exact same service, which is none! If you are a contractor who wants to run a real business, RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM LOWE'S!"
