"stay away from this office they will give you an appointment and if you come to check on the appointment, they tell you don’t have an appointment and then they fight with you over the phone and they send you a letter and not to come to the office I don’t know if this doctor think he’s god the people that work there they are very racist. They send us a confirmation for an appointment that we were asking and they said we don’t have an appointment, but they sent us a text message for that a particular so I don’t know what they doing in this office if I can give them zero stars I will, but there’s no option like that very unprofessional they should be fixing cars not people ears"

"One of the most unprofessional experiences. Phones are not answered regularly. They seem to only deal with simple/mild issues. My doctor's appointment itself was less than 3 minutes long. He said there was nothing he could do for me except order a CT scan, which even that part I was on my own. The office said they would contact me about scheduling and next steps, but I just never heard back, no check in, nothing so I called weeks later and they finally told me I was supposed to call a Franciscan Health to get it scheduled, which I would've done way earlier if I knew. Once I got the results back any relevant and concerning questions I had about it couldn't even be answered and again, I am left feeling on my own and back to square one after years of going through the most uncomfortable symptoms. I made it clear multiple times that I had to leave a previous doctor due to having a different insurance and they kept insisting I just follow up with them. The least they could've done was refer me to someone else so I could get the care and help I need."
