"Recently purchased a home with Laura Wright. She’s an AMAZING realtor and did the best that she could to ensure the sale of our home. This review is for Deana Hawkins though, her manager. To provide context, we countered an offer that stated that we would include our mower in the sale of our home. They chose to counter after that, and the document only listed a new sale price, not the mower. Our realtor verbally told us they did not want the mower included in the sale, so we agreed to the new price, knowing we could sell the mower to recoup some of the funds. However, on the day of the sale, we were then told that the mower was included because of some clause that is listed on the bottom of the document. This was not what was explained to us. After speaking with my husband, Deana agreed to make it right, stating that she would seek to pay us out the value of the mower. She has since changed her stance and stated that she will not since we signed a legal document that including. Informed consent is everything. You should consider having recorded lines, since you’re so concerned about what will and what will not hold up in court."
