"Can't leave zero stars. Went in for the veterans day special, only to leave like I was on my way to basic again. I had nice ,clean hair down to my shoulders; asked for a trim and left with a grade school clean cut. ALL my length was removed and NONE of directions I asked for in my cut were achieved. A solid 6 inches of hair was removed when asked for dead ends trimmed. I can't believe this is the 2nd time I have left this review, with no return contact."
