They spent plenty of time examining my leg, looking at the imaging, and answering all of my questions. His office staff was very friendly and helpful too. Dr. Ortega has seen several family members of mine and they have been well pleased by the care he has provided too. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Ortega if you have a musculoskeletal injury."

"Today Dr Orgeta bacisly told us Dr. Dugas lied to us in 2020 that people live with torn meniscus all the time even though so bad he has second knee cap and can hardly walk much less perform a physical job. Apparently he thinks Dr. Dugas was scheduling unneeded surgery for profit. That the feeling we were left with. Dr. Ortega isn't worthy of being associated with Dr. DUGAS.My husband saw Dr. DUGAS in March of 2020. He was told he had a bad meniscus tear and needed surgery and was scheduled. It got canceled due to covid and surgeries put on hold. They told him to call when ready. We werE forced to see Dr. Orgeta since it's been a while. Dr Orgeta was told to drain fluid of his knee in 2020 he couldn't Dr Dugas had to come in there and show him. We had to beg for him to even take my husband issue seriously. I will post a picture of second knee cap on hi. When we get home. The cyst that formed was due to tear and has ruptured once causing staff. How is he supposed to climb latter's and lay floors like this No stars arrogant and not capable of diagnosing a splinter."

The one thing that I was dissatisfied about is the fact that Dr Ortega said he would be back to give me my treatment and I’m billed under his name, but I fellow did it. I asked the fellow was the doctor not coming in and he said no that he had done plenty of these. Mind you had a been scheduled for the fellow I would’ve been completely satisfied, but if I’m gonna be billed under the surgeon, Dr. Ortega I would’ve liked for him to have done my treatment and it was not an option. I was pleased with the facility and the staff and the whole new patient process."
