"I know everyone has horror stories with just about every pool company out there but I feel we have had more than a fair share of issues with Integrity. We were told upfront that the company would get permits, 2 weeks before dig we were told we had to and had to jump through many many hoops to get that done. Multiple communication errors between the foreman and company. Our yard was left an absolute disaster along with damaged gutters, damage to our siding and existing concrete. I found numerous razor blades and saw blades under the dirt that was raked on top of dirt that should have been hauled away as paid for. Mounds and mounds of concrete left in our yard that we were left to dispose of, some of which are still in our yard because they are too large for us to move. We have several rocks under the liner you can feel under your feet when in the pool, also large divots where the concrete under is uneven. With closing of the pool it was found a container of chlorine was defective that should have been caught at install as we had spent a lot of money on chemicals to balance when it was a faulty chemical pack. The anchor cover sold to us was too small, even the tag shows for a 13ft wide pool which ours is 14ft wide. Was told this was normal and no concern when the cover only comes 4 inches off the edge of the pool. Also the pump given was faulty so waiting for a new one currently. After all these issues we have never been offered an apology, just excuse after excuse as to why none of this is their problem."
