"If you plan on going to this Best Buy, then plan on waiting 15-20 minutes if not more to just to check out. This establishment only seems to check you out at a service desk. Instead of using the registers for paying customers, who want to go on their way after purchasing a product. (I have gone here multiple times and have the same service.) I think management could rearrange how they approach customer service when there are paying customers just trying to go in get their stuff and go. Standing and waiting in a customer service line shouldn't be necessary."

"Picked up product that was ordered from there, it arrived a day earlier than expected. Professional and courteous upon ordering and pick-up, and they answered my questions and met all my requests (transferred data, etc). We have better experiences here than in the “phone store” so we will be back!"
