"I am fairly new to the cigar world, and when I was in Franklin TN visiting family I stopped into one of their local lounges there. Well my experience was less than desirable to say the least. So I decided to check out what we had here in town (Fort Wayne). I was very impressed with the older gentleman tonight when I came in as well as the atmosphere of the shop. I was immediately greeted and asked if there was anything he could help me with to which I replied that I’m new to the cigar world and want to pick up a small starter humidor that that’s reasonably priced. He walked me over to show me their selection and helped me out. He then continued to help me with showing me around the shop a picking out cigars that would fit my taste. No pressure was ever given to me to purchase anything out of my price range. He answered all of my questions and helped me pick out a very nice selection of sticks that I can’t wait to try out. I will definitely be a repeat customer! If I could give more than 5 starts I would! Riegel’s pipe and tobacco shop is definitely a hidden gem in the city of Fort Wayne! The Jefferson location has been there for the past 20 years I learned when I asked."
